Service scheduling
Call or email your request.. To confirm your appointment, please have a valid credit card or gift card ready and communicate any special requests, therapist gender preferences or medical conditions at the time of reservation.

What happens if I need to cancel or change appointment
Because Your SPA appointments are reserved specifically for you, a 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or changes. Cancellations not made within 48-hours of your treatment time will be charged 50% of treatment rate, while no-shows are charged 100%. These fees will be assessed on the credit card or gift card used to secure your appointment.

Appointment Reminder
Are offered by email and/or text messaging.  Appointment confirmations are provided as a courtesy and may not be available on occasion. Each guest is ultimately responsible for arriving to scheduled appointments.

Arrival time

In order to receive the “full spa experience,” please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first spa treatment. This will allow time to unwind, complete client paperwork and enjoy our refreshment amenities. 

Late arrivals
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. Payment for the full treatment time is expected. Should you arrive too late to receive your service you will be asked to reschedule for a later time.

I’m pregnant
Please  note company policy prohibits massage during the first trimester of pregnancy or during any high-risk pregnancy. Skincare experts recommend a facial to address hormonal changes in your skin; foot and leg treatment to ease soreness and swelling. Prenatal massage is a great way to manage back pain and sleeplessness. 

SPA  services for children
We offer select services for guests as young as 5 years old as long as they are continually accompanied by a parent or guardian... Minors will be scheduled with a therapist of the same gender and are asked to bring a bathing suit to wear during massage treatments. A signed parental consent is required for all guests under age 18.

How much should I tip my therapist
Gratuity is  greatly appreciated. 18-20% gratuity is customary for specialty services and packages...$15 to $20 customary per any hour service...

Should I shave before my treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment, pedicure, or hair removal service. A minimum of 1/4 inch of hair growth is required for waxing. Men receiving facials should avoid shaving 4 hours prior to treatment.

SPA Policies

Reservations: We suggest calling in advance to ensure appointment availability. A credit card or gift card is required for all appointment reservations. Please inform us if you are pregnant or require special assistance.

Arrival Time: If it is your first visit with us please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that you can complete our consent form. We regret that a late arrival may result in the shortening of service time to prevent further delays for all clients.
 Spa Parties and Spa Packages require a 72 hrs. Cancellation and the same fee applies. However, if we are able to fill the appointment time, no charge will be issued. This fee is to maintain and partially compensate our therapists.
Return Policy: A purchase receipt is required for all return and must be within 30 days of purchase.

Cell Phones: Please help us protect the serenity of the spa by muting all cell phones and electronics.
Age Requirements: Guests under 18 require written parental consent.  

Spa Parties: Spa parties must be booked 2 weeks in advanced with a 4 person minimum. There is a 50% deposit required at the time of booking. Our 72 hour cancellation policy applies. Spa Menu information and prices subject to change.
